Hi! I'm Erin, and I'm passionate about supporting children's growth and development through meaningful, hands on experiences. With over 3 years of experience in childcare, I've had the pleasure of working with children ranging from 6 years to 15 years olds. My experience includes being nanny & babysitter to a few families in the Berkeley/Oakland area, along with being a substitute teacher in the PUSD school district. I am also a big advocate of open communication with parents. I take time to understand their preferences and routines, ensuring I can provide a seamless experience that aligns with family values. I am comfortable setting boundaries and enforcing household rules to maintain a positive, structured environment and I strive to build lasting relationships with both children and their families.
