About Erin

Hi! I'm Erin! I've been caring for children for over 10 years, and working with kids has always been something I genuinely love. My experience includes private childcare, several years in professional daycare settings, and youth ministry. I've cared for children from infancy through the teen years, so I'm comfortable adapting to different ages, personalities, and needs. I'm a warm, patient, hands-on caregiver who believes kids deserve to feel safe, heard, encouraged, and free to be themselves. I love getting kids away from screens and doing things together-crafts, imaginative play, reading, baking, outdoor adventures, games, and fun outings. I'm looking for a consistent 25-30 hour/week nanny or nanny/family assistant position with guaranteed hours and legal W-2 pay. I'm also open to overnight care and nanny shares. Most importantly, I'm hoping to find a family I really click with and can build a trusting, long-term relationship with!
