I have a B. A. in psychology, have taken many education courses, and have had other valuable experiences such as being a Support Service Professional for a year and a half and a TSS for a year. As a Support Service Professional I cared for a young man with Angelman Syndrome where I helped with and/or supported the development of independent toileting, dressing, eating, bathing, and other ADLs and goals while having learned to accommodate and navigate the needs of a nonverbal individual. As a TSS I mostly work with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum or who have ADHD and I also have a great deal of experience with mental health disorders. I know basic ASL and am learning more. I am willing and eager to learn more skills and will get CPR and/or first aid certified. I have my clearances and a clean driving record and am willing to provide those as well as a resume.
