About Erin

With over 15 years of experience in homes, classrooms, and clinical settings, I bring a calm, playful, and attentive approach to childcare. I'm a trained behavioral therapist, certified lifeguard and swim instructor, and fluent in sign language. I am comfortable caring for infants, supporting large families (including twins), and children or adults with special needs. I value consistent routines and love turning everyday moments into games that spark learning and build confidence. Whether helping with life skills, homework, or emotional regulation, I aim to meet each child where they are and support them in growing into their unique strengths. I have a deep understanding of neurodivergence and take joy in learning how each child thinks, processes, and thrives, and adapting care to support both their autonomy and self-expression. All while having FUN!
