Erin was a no show/no call for her first scheduled cleaning of my MIL's apartment. We had clear and consistent communication via the care.com messaging. When she was a no show both my MIL and I texted her to see if she was okay and to connect with her about this job. She marked my text as read and did not reply to either me or my MIL. I am disappointed.
