Hi! I attend the University of Redlands as a Communication Sciences and Disorders major to pursue a career as a Speech and Language Pathologist at the elementary level. My mom is a 2nd grade teacher and I have years of experience with kids. I have babysat children of many different ages throughout high school/college. I coached for the Poway Youth Lacrosse program for 3 years. In 2021 I started my job as a program aide for my local elementary school's after school program. I led a class of 20 kindergarteners for six months my first year and led a different grade level every week my second year working. I supervised, prepared snacks and lunch, cleaned, helped with classwork/homework, and more throughout the days. During my 2 years in Redlands I have nannied 2 girls (9 and 7) for 6 months and 2 girls (4 and 2) for a month now! I have a reliable car and have had my license for 5 years with a completely clean record.

As a busy parent with four kids, having someone who is dependable is vital, on top of it, finding someone who is flexible and can adjust quickly to changing schedules and circumstances? Priceless. Erin jumped right into our family chaos and became a rock for us. She made my life a million times easier and was so great with my neurodiverse kids. She is awesome at communicating.
