About Erin

Hi! I attend the University of Redlands as a Communication Sciences and Disorders major to pursue a career as a Speech and Language Pathologist at the elementary level. My mom is a 2nd grade teacher and I have years of experience with kids. I have babysat children of many different ages throughout high school/college. I coached for the Poway Youth Lacrosse program for 3 years. In 2021 I started my job as a program aide for my local elementary school's after school program. I led a class of 20 kindergarteners for six months my first year and led a different grade level every week my second year working. I supervised, prepared snacks and lunch, cleaned, helped with classwork/homework, and more throughout the days. During my 2 years in Redlands I have nannied 2 girls (9 and 7) for 6 months and 2 girls (4 and 2) for a month now! I have a reliable car and have had my license for 4 years with a completely clean record.
