I put my whole heart into being a nanny and caring for children as if they were my own. 
I enjoy doing many activities with them including, but not limited to, taking them on walks, baking with them, doing arts and crafts, reading, listening to, and making our own music. I also love imaginary play and will often follow their lead to let them be creative and build confidence. 
If the weather allows, we'll go outside to play and explore!
I am always trying to find new, creative ways to help them learn and conquer each milestone.

Erin has been such a valuable support for our family. She regularly goes above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly here. 

I have known Erin for 5 years, and she is an exceptional care provider and housekeeper. Erin has been a Nanny to my 2 grandchildren since birth.  I can't sing enough praises on her behalf in terms of child care and managing a household. Erin uses her pre-school teaching background to educate the children on everything from good manners and discipline, to way beyond  learning the basic ABC's and 1,2,3's. Erin's creativity is impressive, and she maintains the children's interest through unique, fun, and exciting activities and projects. Erin is 100% dedicated to her job, and is reliable and punctual. Erin has the ultimate "kid-friendly" personality, and only a very rare child would not feel comfortable with her. Erin is thoughtful and kind, loving and nurturing,  dependable and trustworthy, and very generous when it comes to the children.  I wish I had a "Miss Erin" when my children were young. My family is blessed to have found such a gem!

Just as another reviewer commented, Erin was very nice and was eager to come meet us and contacted us frequently, however she came and gave us all the impression she was going to take the job and we agreed she would start Friday the next week. She even asked us to leave a paper with a rough schedule and we discussed getting food for her for lunch. About an hour later I got a text that she was afraid she would burn out if she took the once a week job from us. We were very disappointed and so were our kids since she was very motherly and we decided she would be the perfect fit, however now I know what the other negative reviewer was talking about. I'm sorry it didn't work out but she should have been more honest and had plenty of time (weeks) before to think if she could take on another job. 

Erin is very kind and great with kids. She's is very responsible and my kids absolutely loved her. 

My family loves Erin! She's so sweet and awesome with our son! She's such a natural and will do anything for my little guy! We didn't expect her to help with house work, but she does - from dishes to cleaning the bathrooms to my sons laundry. It's a huge help and we never want to let her go!

You simply will NOT find a harder or more dedicated worker than Erin. She shows up each day with lots of energy, a smile and an excitement to take care of children (it's obvious from the moment you meet her that her calling in life is kids). We've been using her for a few months now and she's already become part of the family. She's super sweet and has a very kind heart. She understands that each moment spent with a child is absorbed, so she makes sure she always sets good behavioral examples (even though our kid isn't even a year old).

Our six month old simply adores her and we feel he's growing at such a fast pace because of the daily interaction he receives from his nanny Erin. Though he can't say even one word, she reads to him, sings to him, plays constantly with him and is always giving us tips, information and advice to improve his eating/sleeping/health. She makes sure he gets plenty of one on one contact (so important to us) and she constantly varies the stimuli so that he's engaged and using all of his muscles and senses. She even sings the ABC's during each diaper change and counts the stairs aloud when taking him to and from his bedroom. We are first time parents and seriously couldn't be happier.

Erin is also very intuitive and will pick up on the subtleties some other nannies might miss. She knew before we did that he had silent reflux and suggested we take him to his doctor. It's just so helpful to have someone so knowledgeable and tuned in. Her communication is also top notch... she has the ability to be playful when necessary with our child but then switch gears and be a professional capable of speaking openly and directly.

As far as her role as an employee, she's gone above and beyond each and every week to improve our household in some way. We never expect or ask her to do anything besides take care of him, yet she'll use his nap times as opportunities to make the house cozy for when we return from work. She understands and respects boundaries, which is usually an uncomfortable subject with some people. Her first day, I showed her how to use the home theater system to watch movies and listen to music and she hasn't used it once! She's so self-motivated and conscientious. She can work autonomously with little to no guidance.

This is the ideal employee, folks. In short... she "gets it".

We interviewed with Erin and chose her for our nanny. 2 days before she was suppose to start with us she texted me, not called, to say sorry she isn't going to take the position anymore after she accepted. Totally unprofessional way of going about turning down the position. There was no explanation or anything. Would NOT recommend her.

Erin is absolutely a Godsend!!! She has assumed the roll as a nanny for my granddaughter for an entire year!!! Erin has nurtured and provided the most dedicated loyal and respectful care and we have seen the positive outcome in our granddaughter.  She is responsible and on time will go above and beyond to satisfied the needs of her client and their family.  She brings with her many important skills needed for growth and development and provides comfort and devotion to her client.  Erin is an asset to anyone who hires her as she will assure peace of mind and value her position in your household. She is also patient and calm in all situations and loves to incorporate domestic chores with her childcare role an added asset.  We will miss her sadly but remain a very valuable and important part of our family.
