For close to 20 years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care for adults and seniors. My passion stems from a deep desire to support their well-being and independence, coupled with positive experiences in previous care roles. I understand the importance of offering families a reliable and supportive care option. I strive to be patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize respecting the independence of those I care for. I provide verbal updates during visits, communicate regularly via text or phone call, and always follow a family's preferred method of communication. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes. I am prepared to assist with transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I have some college experience and I am comfortable with pets.
