Erin was my babysitter for about a month to my 5 month old. She marketed herself as a strong candidate with experience with an infant. Unfortunately, I had to teach her everything from ground up. I expressed from the beginning that her hours would fluctuate as I am still adjusting going back to work. Once I adjusted her hours, she found a new job with giving 2 week notice despite having her sign a contract to a 30 day notice. She also called my son names & had no empathy when he cried.
