I can speak from experience as a 77 year old senior as to why I rated her with 5 stars. Last fall both my knees were swollen with arthritis making them too painful to stand or walk on. Erin came to my house and helped me as a professional. She thought ahead about what I would need and borrowed a bedside toilet seat. Additionally a neighbor had a cooling machine which she obtained for my use. The machine was so helpful at reducing the inflammation without the pressure of a bag of ice. Erin monitored my medication and kept a written record of what medications I took and when. She made sure I had food and water and that it was accessible by my bed. I had known Erin for many years but did not know of her compassion and ability for caring for another person. I therefore justify my rating her 5 stars without hesitation.
