About Erin

I have a great passion for my work and truly love caring for children and their families. I have my Bachelor's in Education, but ultimately made the decision to continue as a professional nanny. My recent work history includes caring for infants in a group setting at a day care, and working privately for one infant for about a year. Caring for young children is my speciality, but I have experience caring for children of all ages. I take great care in fostering the infants development, by providing age appropriate activities and providing a safe space for the child to learn and explore. I choose my words very carefully, and redirect the child rather than shut them down. Books and songs are prevelant throughout the day, and I do not introduce screen time of any kind to infants. I work extremely hard at my job, and I understand the great responsibility I have when caring for someone's precious child. Other work skills include: baby sign language, safe sleep practices, and baby-led weaning
