I have been a professional nanny for the past 7 years, and babysitting for over 10 years. I pride my self on providing educational and sensory activities to help children of all ages reach their developmental milestones. I have taken extensive courses to further my education in childcare, including Newborn Care Specialist, and classes in infant and toddler physical and cognitive development. We miss Erinn terribly, she is amazing. I trust her completely with my family. I would leave my kids for any time length and never worry if Erinn was with them. She becomes part of your family and you would be very lucky to have her.

Erinn's character and personal standards are above reproach.  She is trustworthy, loyal to her commitments, can think "outside" the box.  She loves children and will always act in the best interest of the children in her charge.  She bonds well with children, has their long- term interests and development at heart.  I, myself, have spent many years working in a crisis center serving abused and neglected children and their families.  I have seen every type of parenting in action, and do not use the term "good parent" loosely.  I know Erinn is a "good parent" to every child in her care.

We have a three year old and she did an amazing job. We trusted her to take her places and she did a wonderful job of mixing playing and learning together.  I would and have referred her to other parents. 

Erinn is a wonderful child care provider!  She takes care of the children as if they were her own and the children love her!  Would recommend her to anyone! 

She is very kind and sincere. Did lots of wonderful activities with my son to help him grow and learn.

Erinn has been and continues to be a part of our family.  She worked as our nanny from the time our daughter was about 6 months old until she was 2.5 years old.  She continues to babysit for us as well.  My daughter asks for Erinn when we are in need to a sitter.  The two of them formed a great bond.  Erinn was very dependable- always on time and offered the flexibility we needed. She is a great playmate for kids as she truly enjoys playing with them.  She has the patience to get through difficult stages or tantrums and is extremely trustworthy.  She would be a great asset to any family!
