I'm a wife, mama of 6 girls (18-23yrs old), previous foster mom, Newborn Care Specialist, nanny, hotel sitter & household manager. I have a natural love for kids. She came over for a little meet and greet so we could get to know her and so we could see how she engaged with our son. Whether helping with new skills like feeding or nap transitions, supporting learning, or simply offering comfort and encouragement, she approaches everything with kindness and care.
Erin is flexible with scheduling and already had a back up plan in place for if we needed a nanny and she wasn’t available.  She brought one of her daughters, with her to the first meet and greet so we could get to know her as well, and now she is literally my son’s best friend.  
We have trusted this family for almost two years now and are so glad we trusted our gut when it came to Erin and her daughter.  We have always had complete peace of mind knowing our son in such capable hands. They brings positive energy, calmness, and thoughtfulness into our home every day.

Erin is the absolute best! As a new mom, I felt completely supported knowing my daughter was in such loving and capable hands when I returned to work. She was amazing with my baby - always patient, attentive, nurturing, and truly cared for her like family. She also helped with daily household chores like laundry, organizing, and tidying up, which was such a huge help. As my daughter got older, Erin’s daughter began helping as well, and she has been equally wonderful. They are both true professionals - always punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and caring. I’m so grateful for all of their help and highly recommend them!

We love Erin! She is so great with the kids and is in contact the whole night. Sending pictures and updates on how everyone is doing. Our kids raved about her and would always ask when she was coming back to watch them. Couldn’t recommend her enough. 

I hired Erin already several times to take care of my 3 months old baby. I was great. Erin is super great. Punctual, calm and with experience. My son was quite colicky at the time and she soothed him very well. No crying!

Erin is a LIFE SAVER. Hire her and don't think twice about it. She was a total stranger and 23 were nervous but it worked out perfectly. She immediately felt familiar and did a wonderful job with our 2 small boys. She's proactive, thinks ahead, needs little instructions and is kind, fun and calm. She's hands on, plays on the ground with the kids and my boys simply loved her. She shows up with a big bag of toys and the boys were super excited! We used her 2 nights in a row-she handled bedtime like a champ with our crazy 20 month old and 4 year old. Our youngest also recently discovered how to climb out of his crib and she managed to handle that and get him to sleep as well. She also helped at a big group dinner and kept the entire kids table happy with toys she just happened to bring in her magical bag. Additionally, she ran errands for us and helped me with other tasks. And she had excellent recommendations and insider knowledge of where to go. Seriously, she's the best. We had never hired a stranger before but I'm so glad we hired her and wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone. She's wonderful and you'll be lucky to book her.

I hired Erin to watch over my 9 month old in the evening while my husband and I were on vacation. Erin made the entire process easy and seamless. She was on time, professional and flexible with our schedule. She texted us with updates and pictures periodically. Most of all, she really cared about our son and was very attentive to the details.

I hired Erin to help me in the kitchen on thanksgiving. She is truly phenomenal. Hiring her was the best decision I made that day! She was on time, jumped right in and started doing whatever was needed. She took initiative and was on top of every thing. I could not have asked for more out of anyone. Erin is incredible! We were visiting Las Vegas for the weekend and hired Erin to come to our hotel to watch our two, young children. She arrived on time, and I could tell instantly that my kids felt comfortable with her. She brought games that she got them playing right away while I walked her through their bedtime routine. She played with them and then got them to bed with no problems whatsoever. We can't wait to come back to Las Vegas and use Erin again.  My kids absolutely loved her, and I would recommend her to anyone!

I have so many good things to say about Erin and her babysitting my 2 crazy boys. We are from Alaska but were in Vegas to get married so we had a really busy schedule and needed someone who could be super flexible and Erin exceeded every expectation. Our first night in town we weren't planning on needing help but we had friends invite us out last minute so I texted her thinking it would be too short of notice but she met us at our hotel room within the hour! She came with huge bags full of all sorts of toys and games and immediately had my shy boy playing with her and giggling before we even left. The next couple of days were crazy busy with rehearsals and dinners and Erin drove to meet us at our events and then took the boys back to the hotel when they got tired so we could enjoy our trip. She helped so much on our actual wedding day, it was so PERFECT! I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a babysitter in Vegas. Our boys are sad we couldn't bring her home with us!

We hired Erin to watch our very energetic 16 month old son. She is always punctual and brings additional learning tools and toys to keep him engaged! We would recommend her to anyone who wants an engaged, hands on nanny!

Erin is amazing at what she does, and we are so happy to find her. She loves teaching our babies sign language, walking and learning how to be independent. They are always so happy to see her. She is so personable and fits well into our family dynamic. I can't thank her enough. I love her!

I was new mom nervous about having someone care for my 3 week old daughter, but Erin was really great. She did diaper changes, feeding and getting her to sleep with ease. I could tell she was comfortable around newborns. Would definitely have her watch my daughter again.

We just moved here 2 months ago and were desperate for a date night. We have a 2 week old and a 2 year old so we were really nervous leaving them with someone we didn't know. After interviewing Erin, we knew this was someone we could trust. She has watched our girls twice for us now and has been nothing short of amazing! She does a great job juggling the two since they both have different needs and usually at the same time :) . She is kind and patient and is someone who I can see as part of our extended family already. We were very lucky to have found her ...as good people like this are hard to come by.

Erin came to our hotel to watch our two kids which enabled me to take my wife out on the town. She was very professional and businesslike. Her rates were at the top end (specifically for time after midnight) but it was money well spent however it would be been a better value if the kids had been awake the whole time to interact with the kids. They loved her!

She will go above and beyond. She makes things fun for the kids! Super creative.

For many years Erin took great care of my daughter and several of her friends. She is reliable, caring, and kind. She taught the girls to love themselves and be strong. She shows kids how to be responsible, and do what's right, as she has an excellent moral compass. Additionally she is organized, timely, and plans lots of fun activities. No kid who hangs out with Erin will ever be bored. My daughter always had fun with her, and still loves her like another mom. I can't recommend Erin more highly than this!

Erin is a very kind, caring person and we have had the opportunity to see her work with and interact with our children, as well as other kiddos. Our kids (5 & 2) are always met with warmth and patience - as well as fun! We're so thankful to know Erin! We would definitely recommend her!

Erin is a great example of a strength, leadership, and faith. She is honest and trustworthy and I never worry when my child is in her care. Which is quite often!
