Erin is an amazing addition to our family. From day one, she has demonstrated her heart with our children and with us. She is intuitive with our children, and adjusts her interactions with their growing and changing needs. She communicates with us regularly at the end of each day and through out the day if anything comes up she wants to bring to our attention, leaves great notes for us daily, and sends us pictures! She goes out of her way to make our lives easier. We adore her, and our children adore her. I am so glad she is with us and we hope she stays with us for a long time!!
