About Erin

My caregiving experience comes from supporting my grandmother during her later years. I visited her daily to help with meal planning, medication check-ins, and grocery shopping. She had congestive heart failure and followed a strict no-salt diet, so I also researched low-sodium ingredients and recipes to make sure her meals were both safe and enjoyable. That time taught me a lot about patience, consistency, and showing up for someone you care about.
