About Erin

Hi parents! My name is Erin and I'm a mom of three. With real life experience from ages newborn to 16 years. I bring both professional knowledge and real-life parenting experience to the families I support. I've worked in daycare settings and for private families. I have 5+ years of experience working with children on the spectrum and those with sensory processing challenges. My approach blends creativity and routine-encouraging learning through play, music, movement, and age-appropriate structure so children feel secure and confident. I'm extra heavy on empathy and anticipating needs naturally. Transparency is a must between myself and parents! **I'd love to care for one or two children out of my home. I have a 1-year-old and 3-year-old who would LOVE friends! We will soon have a brand new playground installed along with a garden for the kids to help care for. If that is not optional, I am looking for a flexible family who would allow one of my children to tag along when needed.
