Hello, my name is Erin. I am an energetic, fun loving person. I have many many years of experience with being a nanny and have two kids of my own who are now in college. While my kids were growing up I took on other jobs so I could be there for them more often. One job was being a CNA at Children's Hospital while continuing my degree for nursing and UWM. Unfortunately, life got in the way and I had to leave that job. Children's Hospital was where I really started to have a passion for children. Now that my kids are grown up I'd like to get back to taking care of children, that is my true passion. I absolutely love babies and watching them grow into little individuals. However, I've taken care of all ages and enjoy all the stages. I'd love to get to know you and your family to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Erin has been an incredible caregiver to our three children (now ages 5, 3, and 2) for the past two years. She joined our family right after my maternity leave with our NICU/preemie son and has lovingly cared for him from the very beginning. Erin is not only attentive and nurturing, but she also respects the way we like things done in our home—while still taking initiative to help wherever she sees a need. She connects deeply with each of our children, engaging them in fun, imaginative play like building forts, playing pretend, doing puzzles, and creating themed projects (like a summer bucket list board!). She's even surprised them with thoughtful touches like holiday cookie decorating or donuts that she picked up on her drive over that morning. Beyond her loving care, Erin has gone above and beyond to support our household—helping with laundry, organizing, cleaning the kitchen, and more. Her presence brings warmth, reliability, and joy to our family, and any household would be incredibly lucky to have her.
