About Erin

Hello, I am a trained postpartum doula and experienced nanny, caring for children from newborn to school aged. I have my BS in psychology with a focus in child development. My years of experience nannying, as well as working in a child social cognitive development research lab throughout my education, has given me many insights on how children develop, learn, play, and how to approach these and other situations in a gentle yet affective manner to make sure everyone is happy, healthy, and growing. I typically take on a very child lead and attachment approach to play and learning, but do believe that cohesiveness is very important for a child, therefore, would want to match what approach the primary caregivers take.
