About Erin

I am a PhD candidate with extensive experience working with children in both caregiving and teaching roles. I value building long-term, trusting relationships with families. I'm deeply invested in supporting children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. I love designing engaging, age-appropriate activities--from reading and art projects to outdoor exploration and imaginative play. I have teaching experience and am a published author. My background includes many years as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and certified CPR and First Aid instructor. I've also taught swim lessons, including adaptive instruction for children with autism. Safety, attentiveness, and clear communication are very important to me. I aim to create a warm, structured environment where children feel secure, supported, and excited to learn and grow.
