Hello. My name is Erin. I have worked with both adults and children with special needs for right around 9 years. Prior to that I taught preschool ages 1-6 for around 9 years. I have had the joys of assisting each individual with their everyday needs. From daily living skills to planning activities and outings, I believe in encouraging each individual to be as independent as they possibly can be. I am able to get excited with them as they accomplish something new, and I am able to handle difficult behaviors. I can say that I am an extremely patient person who is fun-loving and easy-going, as well as a great listener and communicator. I am both CPR and First Aid Certified, and I do have references available upon request.
