PROS: Punctual, reliable, kindhearted, flexible with hours, created learning calendar for toddlers (letters,colors,craft), picked up our routine very quickly. CONS: Most days >2 hrs of TV time, inconsistent with cleaning duties during 2-3 hour nap times, reminders to take kids outside or in basement to play. Would absolutely hire Erin again and lay out expectations more clearly (daily checklist maybe) instead of relying on contract language with expectations/duties.
