Erin is a gem of a person and she is absolutely wonderful with children. She is very punctual and dependable and our kids loved her. We all miss her terribly as she has now moved away. She is also amazing at helping to tidy up, getting the kids to help and be more responsible, assisting the kids in completing homework, cooking and getting kids fed, getting kids washed and ready for bed, among many other things. Our lives have gotten so much harder without her here to help us anymore. She is also essentially a professional organizer. She was able to help organize and de-clutter our home. Now that she's not with us the house is noticeably in shambles again. If you need someone to watch your kids or help you organize, she is the best and I give her my highest recommendation.
