About Erin

Hello there, I'm a great babysitter in the area with years of medical assistant and child care experience. I love working with kids because they can be so interesting and entertaining. The randomness of little kids can't be beat and watching older kids as they come into their own can be so rewarding. I started working with kids when I was very young. I have two brothers that I babysat quite a bit because both of my parents worked. At 13 my first cousin was born and we still joke that I raised her instead of her mom. Since then most of my friends have married and had children of their own that I've helped with through the years. My nephew is high functioning autistic so I have years of experience with special needs kiddos and have seen a few from here as well. My skills include lots of patience and understanding. I think it's often over looked that kids are people too and when treated as such, tend to be happier and thrive better.
