About Erin

I have 3 years of experience in elementary education, and I have two years of experience working in preschool. I love to use hands on education in my work, and I sincerely enjoy listening to kids tell stories, I'd describe myself as kind, creative, and honest. I like working with kids because they are often very funny, and they can remind me of how such little things can bring joy! I'm looking for a job that I can do when I am not in class as a graduate student at Northeastern! I started working with kids when I was right out of college teaching gardening and cooking classes through AmeriCorps In my spare time, I like to get outside, ski, read, and craft! My skills include helping build routine, staying calm when a child is upset, and having fun when the timing is appropriate!
