Erin is such a dream of a caregiver!! She walked into our house and integrated seamlessly. Our baby loved her immediately, she jumped right into imaginative play with our toddlers, and tidied up our house like she lives there. She is also just so thoughtful: she created a google album of pictures of our baby she takes while caring for him so that we can always see what's happening, and keeps detailed notes in a shared iphone note about his eating/sleeping/pooping. She's just a natural with kids and caretaking alike. I would recommend her to truly anyone without hesitation. No better choice.
