Dedicated to making a positive impact, I bring 36 years of professional experience to supporting seniors and their families. First as an aide while pursuing my BSN then as an RN. I have been in geriatrics most of my career. I have been a floor nurse, supervisor, ADON and DON. I inspected nursing care facilities for several years and am very familiar with Medicare rules and laws. I excell in dementia care and management. I also spent several years as a Director of Nursing for a home care agency. Currently I am employed FT but am looking to supplement hours as I have one child in college and another who plays baseball in a very pricey travel company. I can do aide work, easy injections, patient education, medication management, long term care consultation, dementia management consultation or anything else you may need.
