About Erin

Hi! I'm a junior at SUNY Oneonta studying Secondary Education, and I'm working toward becoming a guidance counselor or special education teacher. Working with kids is something I truly enjoy, and I've had lots of experience over the years! Along with several years of babysitting, I've worked at sports camps, Camp Helen Keller, and Driftwood Day Camp. These experiences have helped me grow in patience, creativity, and the ability to create a safe, fun environment where kids feel supported and engaged. I love spending time outdoors, playing games, doing crafts, or just being present with the kids I care for. I'm also happy to help out with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and even travel or swimming supervision. I like to keep parents in the loop through daily notes, texts, or whatever communication style works best for you. It means a lot to me to make a positive difference in a child's day, and I'd love the chance to support your family!
