I have been working in the Home Health Industry for over almost 13 years. I obtained my CNA while in college and worked in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities on college breaks. Once I finished college, I took an Activities Director position at an Assisted Living Facility in Pennsylvania and became "hooked" working with the elderly. I have experience working with clients that have had Parkinson's Disease, Cancer, Strokes, Dementia, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, CHF, Alzheimer's, Leukemia & edema. I would assist with administering medications and taking vitals when necessary.
