Erin has been a wonderful caregiver for my daughter. We hired her in September to care for my 4 month old daughter. I was returning to work after my extended maternity leave and she made the transition back to work much easier. Erin would send me pictures of the baby, as well as leave notes for me describing her day with the baby. When she would arrive in the morning, Erin would set up a play area for my daughter and work on developmental skills during their time together. She was constantly talking to her to help my daughter build language skills. Erin was also productive with her time here, even doing light housekeeping while my daughter was napping. Throughout the day, she would feed my daughter her bottles as well as purees or solids. She is extremely patient and kind, as well as reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. I highly recommend her.
