If you are considering hiring Erika as a caregiver, consider having found yourself a diamond! She has worked for me for over a year now. She has always completed her duties and responsibilities at a high level. Her duties included: bathing and grooming, and helping transfer using hoyer lifter, dressing, skin care, bowel/bladder care, basic range and motion, and some basic household chores... As far as her character; you can expect an HONEST, POLITE, KIND person who comes to work with a FRIENDLY SMILE and atmosphere, and is very DEPENDABLE. I've hired many nurses and Erika clearly has a calling to the nursing care field.
