About Erika

Nurturing children's potential is my passion, and I've dedicated the last three years to providing enriching care for kids. My graduate degree and Certified Teacher status equip me with the skills to support children aged 6-11 in their growth and development. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I enjoy engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for children. I maintain open communication with parents through verbal updates and text/phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I am also trained in CPR. I am eager to connect with a family where I can make a positive impact.
