I would give Erika 10 stars if I could! She was wonderful with my kids and they LOVED her. She's energetic and jumped right in and played whatever the kids came up with. My 5 year old took to her immediately and she very quickly put my 2 yr old, with lots of separation anxiety, at ease (and put me at ease too! :-). Not only did my kids love her, but she also had all the extras I was looking for---she is CPR certified, has all of her background checks/clearances, has lots of experience and is level headed, and is reliable. She also has a real passion for kids and is so patient. I would wholeheartedly recommend her for any babysitting position.
