Erika is truly one of the sweetest and genuine caregivers. She is incredibly gentle, patient, loving, attentive, and very trustworthy. She started with us when our daughter was a bit over three months old. She has a natural ability to soothe babies, get them to sleep, bottle feed, and make them feel safe and comfortable. She is currently training to become a Newborn Care Specialist as well. Erika is also incredibly creative and an amazing artist. She loves drawing and doing art with kids, making time with her fun and engaging. She also has a very strong swimming background and can help teach children how to swim. Most importantly, she loves children, and we have always felt our daughter was safe and loved in her care.
