About Erika

Nice to meet you ~ My name is Erika. Finding and creating the balance of play and gentle boundaries is important to me in taking care of others. It allows learning to be exciting but also helps incorporate real communcjation and operations through, not only the world, but interpersonal relationships. I do this with compassion, gentleness, and lots of laughter. My history as a care giver has generally been within child care, but it has also expanded into facilitation of young adults in the outdoor industry too. I have participated in many outdoor camps for a variety of age groups - children through adults - and I take pride in being able to act on my toes in a graceful manner. Being able to create an environment of security and comfort for anyone, not just children, is something I strive for!
