About Erika

For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to nurturing young minds and providing families with dependable childcare. My passion lies in fostering children's growth and creating a positive impact on their lives. I hold a college degree in Human Development & Family Studies and Psychology. I just finished serving two and a half years in the Peace Corps where I taught children from primary school age to high school. I am friendly and approachable. I enjoy playing board games and educational games with children. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I also speak Spanish. Ultimately, I aim to be more than just a caregiver; I want to be a supportive partner in your child's journey, and I look forward to the possibility of getting to know your family.
