We worked with Erika in a nanny share for 6 months until our partner family moved away. She is expert in caring for infants and is extremely diligent while making it all look easy. This is my second baby but I still learned a lot from Erika about baby development and milestones. She also got my daughter to take a bottle on her first day with us after my daughter had refused bottles the entire first month I went back to work. My 4 year old son also loves Erika!  She is just a lovely person. She is super reliable and punctual, as well. 

Erika is a gem. She is amazing with my boy. She is caring, patient, calm, very professional, focused and with such a great energy. She never looks at her phone, and is engaged with the babies, singing songs, talking to them, reading stories, going to park and library. She is also very safe and very cautious. She has more than 15 years of experience and any family who hires her will be so so lucky. We only part with her because we are moving to Europe. You can hire her without hesitation!!!

Erika has helped us babysit our toddler (a 16-month-old boy) on more than a few occasions. We have worked with other babysitters, and based on my experience, I rate Erika very high on professionalism, quality of care, and trustworthiness. She is one of the best nannies we have worked with so far. 

Our son connected with her quickly. She took our son outside for a walk and played with him at home. She filled his awake time with supervised play and engaging activities. It was heartwarming to hear our son laugh while playing when we were working in the other room. It was also reassuring to know that we can trust Erika to follow the established routine for food and sleep for our son.

Erika is very responsive and good with communication too, which is very important when you trust your loved one with her. Reading the other positive reviews, all of this was no surprise, and I can see that she is very consistent in providing the best care for different families.

Erika was our Nanny starting when our son was 6 months old. She came highly recommended from a friend and we couldn't have been more grateful for the introduction. Erika was kind, gentle, engaging and extremely cautious with our little one. She was also very knowledgeable about developmental stages, nutrition, and sleep/schedules. Sadly, we moved out of the city - which is the only reason we had to say goodbye! Erika would be an absolute asset to any family and we would gladly serve as a reference. 

Erika was our best caregiver for our bright energetic son!  While other Nannie's stared at their phones on the playground benches, Erika watched our son he crawled under the spinner wondering how it worked. Of course she pulled him out of there, but developed a loving aunt's sense of how he thought, what delighted him, and what made him upset.  As an educator, Erika follows Montessori child based sense development, and this really aligned with our parenting.  She is an extremely astute caregiver, safety conscious, and puts the child's and parents' care first.  We were very lucky to have Erika as our son's  caregiver/nanny.  The care-giving she provided to our son is a strong reason why our son entered his educational years with an open mind and kind heart.  Erika worked with us for six years, and quite honestly, we loved every minute of it.

Erika was our son’s babysitter/nanny for several months when he was 1.5 years old. Erika was responsible, prompt, nurturing, and great with our son. I would recommend working with her again! 

Erika was a great nanny to us. She was always on time, dependable, very responsible and we felt very comfortable with her watching our kids (we did a nanny share). She was very engaged with our children constantly teaching them, reading, etc - very present. I would definitely recommend her and hire her again if I had the chance!

As a first time mom it was very daunting to hire a nanny, but Erika made me feel at ease. She was professional, easy to work with and responsible. Erika supported all of our daughters developmental milestones, such as helping us establish a steady sleep/eat routine and wean her onto solids. She ensured our daughter experienced a wide range of stimulating and educational activities-such as visits to the park, the library, and art and music studios. As our daughter went through milestones and we experienced challenges, Erika was great about offering tips/recommendations without imposing, although I always wanted her advice as I felt it was very valuable. Erika provided the perfect balance of structure and play for our daughter. She gained our full trust quickly. Our daughter and Erika also developed a very special relationship quickly. Our girl lit up every morning when she saw her. Erika was a gift to our family and we truly love and miss her. Any family would be lucky to have her.
