We occasionally (on workdays and weekends) hire Erika to take care of our daughter for the last two years, and she is wonderful! We are very lucky to have Erika with our family. She is very patient and engaging with our daughter. Erika goes for long walks with her, reads her books, and plays with educational toys with her. While Erika is fluent in English, I did ask her to teach our daughter some first Spanish words. When Erika comes to take care of our child, I feel she is like a part of our family. She truly cares about our daughter, always offers help, and is very flexible even when we ask her for babysitting on very short notice. She also is very communicative with me, which I always really appreciate. I highly recommend Erika – she is a wonderful person and a very caring and responsible nanny!
