About Erika

Hi! I'm Erika--an energetic, nurturing, and purpose-driven educator, mentor, and minister with over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and families. I'm a proud Spelman College alumna (B. A. in Psychology and Education Studies) and earned my Master of Divinity from Emory University. I've served as a kindergarten teacher, afterschool coordinator, youth mentor, college ministry leader, and program officer--creating safe, fun, and engaging environments that build confidence and character. My background spans nonprofits, churches, and schools where I've led programs rooted in creativity, faith, and social-emotional learning. Now transitioning into full-time ministry and coaching, I'm excited to offer dependable, values-based care for families.
