Erika worked with us for about three months. She was amazing! She was so great at working with our 10 month old baby and took him on lots of outings. She clearly has lots of experience with babies. Erika was really good at figuring out what she could do to be helpful (folding Indie's clothes, vacuuming, doing the dishes) and needed little direction, which I loved. She was always on-time and great at communicating.
