About Erika

Hi! My name is Erika, and I am a certified elementary school teacher with experience working with children from Pre-K through sixth grade. I am entering my fourth year in education and was honored to be named Teacher of the Year at my school. I am available for both babysitting and tutoring. I enjoy keeping children engaged through crafts, games, reading, outdoor play, and age-appropriate activities while providing a safe, caring, and structured environment. I can also support children with reading, phonics, sight words, writing, math, homework help, and kindergarten readiness. I understand that every child is different, so I tailor activities and learning support to their individual needs. I am patient, responsible, dependable, and passionate about helping children feel comfortable, confident, and supported.
