About Erika

Hi! My name is Erika, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare provider with both professional and personal experience supporting children of all abilities. I am a mom to three sons, including a nonverbal autistic child, which has deeply shaped the way I approach childcare with compassion, understanding, and patience. I currently work as a paraprofessional in a school setting, where I support children academically, emotionally, and behaviorally. I am especially comfortable working with children on the autism spectrum and children with communication differences. As a parent, I understand how important trust, safety, and consistency are. I focus on creating a calm, nurturing environment, following routines, engaging children through play and learning, and communicating openly with families. My goal is always to partner with parents and provide care that aligns with each child's unique needs and the family's values.
