About Erika Pearl

I have nearly five years of experience providing in-home care for elderly clients, including those with dementia and limited mobility. I assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation and feeding, transfers, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. I'm patient, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors who need a higher level of care and supervision. I also keep families updated about changes or concerns and work with healthcare providers when needed. My goal is to keep my clients safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity.
