I'm a dedicated childcare and behavioral support professional with over 5 years of experience working with children of different ages and developmental needs. For the past 2 years, I have specialized in supporting children with autism as a Behavioral Technician, providing individualized care and implementing ABA strategies that promote positive behavior, communication, and social development. I currently work with LTE ABA Health and Yellow Bus ABA in New York City, where I support children both in school and home settings. Because many of the students I work with are now in school during the day, I'm currently looking for a part-time opportunity where I can continue supporting children and partnering with families to create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment for their growth and success.
