About Erika

I have been teaching for the last 15 yrs in all aspects of Education. I have been afforded the opportunity to work as a general Ed. elementary classroom teacher (TK-6), a Homeschool Teacher (K-12), Home Hospital Teacher (K-12) and most recently a Reading Intervention specialist (K-3), working in a classroom setting (in person and virtually) along with a home setting. In the summer of 2021 I also became certified in the Orton Gillingham approach to working with students with dyslexia. Teaching is my passion, and seeing my students thrive and be successful is what inspires me. I have recently moved to the area and looking to find a homeschool teaching position or a consistent tutoring assignment.
