About Erika

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Erika. She has been an extraordinary nanny to our two daughters, who absolutely adore her. Erika joined our family when our youngest was just a baby, and she has played an integral role in their development—especially in helping both girls become confident Spanish speakers. Unlike many native Spanish-speaking caregivers, Erika also speaks flawless English, which made communication effortless for both the kids and us. Erika is warm, deeply nurturing, and incredibly dependable. She is also highly organized, conscientious, and proactive—keeping the children’s spaces tidy, their clothing clean and well-maintained, and their days filled with age-appropriate, enriching activities. She’s flexible and communicates clearly and effectively, making her a true partner in our kids’ care. We only parted ways because we relocated from New York to Miami and, despite our best efforts, couldn’t convince her to move with us. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Erika as their nanny. We would be thrilled to serve as a reference and share more about our wonderful experience with her.
