About Erika

Hi! I'm Erika, a 25-year-old LA native and oldest of three siblings, so caring for kids has always come naturally to me. I'm First Aid certified and have hands-on nanny experience caring for two children, which included: * school pickups * driving to activities * meal and snack prep * sick care * light housework * pet care * I also love planning fun activities to keep kids engaged and learning! With a background in psychology and child development, I understand how kids think and what they need and the connections I build with them are always the most meaningful part of the job.
