Erika took great care of my Mom when she needed it. She's trustworthy, and we never worried that Mom wasn't getting what she needed or we agreed on. She made sure Mom got her meds correctly, got her to appointments, took notes at the doctors' offices, ensured she ate, took the dog out, and was generally a companion and friend ready to help Mom anywhere she needed it. She communicates well and made sure I stayed in the loop. I highly recommend her to anyone needing eldercare.
