About Erika

Hi! My name is Erika and I bring over 6 years of childcare experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds. I've had the incredible opportunity to care for kids from all around the world as an international summer camp counselor and babysitter. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in patience, creativity, and adaptability, as well as a genuine love for building meaningful connections with each child. My childcare style is very hands-on and activity-driven. I believe kids thrive when they are actively learning, moving, and exploring, rather than relying on technology for entertainment. I enjoy playing sports and instruments, and spending time outdoors. I also love incorporating each child's unique interests into our activities so they feel heard, engaged, and excited about our time together. I approach childcare with a calm yet energetic presence, balancing patience and understanding with fun and enthusiasm.
