Hello, My name is Erika L and I have been a babysitter/nanny for over 15 years now. I have experience with newborns, infants, toddlers and other ages. 
I like to create a safe but fun environment for the children, enjoy time out because I think is important for kids be around nature also I do different and creative activities to help with the development and education of the kids. 
I am patient, attentive and loving and also like to sing, play, walk, talk, read, go to the library and go to the park. I can help with light housekeeping and cook healthy food.
I speak English and Spanish if the parents want the kids learn other languages. 
I have my certificate in early child Education and my CPR certification and First Aid training.

We call Erika "Saint Erika". She is everything we needed and more. She is the kindest and warmest person you'll ever meet. She has a way with kids and you can tell that she loves with her whole heart. She not only took care of our daughter for the first year and a half of her life, but she took care of me too, I'm forever grateful for her and the care she provided to our whole family. 

Over the last 3 years Erika has become like a member of our family. She watched my youngest from 9 weeks to him now entering PreK while also frequently watching my older son from ages 3-6. She’s patient, has a great work ethic and a positive attitude. I love that she gave the kids lots of outside and let them play without getting out of control. She helped with sleep schedules/naps, meals, potty training and also around the house. I can’t recommend her enough to families looking for someone who’s honest, hardworking and caring to watch kids of any age.

Erika has been so helpful with my son! My son is now 18 months old and she has been with us on a weekly basis since he was just 7 weeks old. She is loving, caring, reliable and my son has so much fun with her! As a first time mom, she has taught me many things from starting solids, learning to walk, how to reduce fevers and so much more. Whenever I have a parenting question, she is the first person I ask! She always goes above and beyond and I trust her completely. 

Erika is friendly and reliable. I can tell she has an abundance of experience taking care of children by the way she interacts with my almost 4 year old daughter and 10 month old son. She takes initiative and has been great. She has helped care for my children while I do home chores and for date nights as well. I will definitely hire her again :)

Erika is one of the best. I'm so thankful we found her loving care for our son R. Erika isn't just a babysitter, she is a mom and knows what little kids need as well as how to keep their focus and encourage good behavior. Any family would move lucky to have Erika's help. Erika is reliable, consistent, and responsive. Whenever something (seldom) would interfere with our schedule, she would preemptively work out a back-up plan for us and ensure a seamless transition. I receive photos every day and a report at the end of the day on feeding, sleeping, pooping, teething, and anything that indicates something off about our child's health. Erika is loving, kind, and firm. My kids listen to her more readily than me! She has an 8-year-old and a 3-year-old and regularly helps us manage areas like limits on TV, stalling before school. etc. with our older child. She is very generous with her knowledge. Erika is a truly wonderful human being and consummate professional. I rely on her as a third parent and trust her implicitly.

Erika was a Nanny for my twin grandchildren (girl &boy) when they were around 3- 4 months old. They will be 4 in June. Erika was absolutely amazing in the care of G. and J. She would cook home made hot meals for them( which they loved.) She was very patient and compassionate with them. G. and J. was always happy to see her. I could always depend on Erika to pick up the kids at the specified times and bring them home on time. I could tell she was very knowledgeable in child care. She wasn't just G and J's nanny, she became a trusted friend. I know she loves G and J. and they love her and that makes  me so happy and comfortable with her taking care of my grandchildren. When she moved to Texas we were heartbroken, but we knew she had to move. Any child that is in her care is very fortunate because they have the BEST and the parents are fortunate to have the assurance that their child will be lovingly taken care of.

Erika is the best babysitter we have ever had. She goes above and beyond in taking care of the kids, making sure their needs are met, and they have fun too! She always left the house cleaner than she found it even when I told her it was unnecessary. My kids love her!

Erika helped our family with our twins from age 1 to age 4.  We also participated in share arrangements where Erika had 3-5 kids at any given time.  We always felt so blessed as it felt like our kids were in preschool with her.  They got a lot of outdoor exercise, learned age appropriate skills, manners, had a lot of fun and became conversationally bilingual in English and Spanish.

Erika took care of our younger boy since he was 1yo and until he was 2.5 (then we left California, otherwise we wouldn't have let her go). From time to time she also helped with our older boy, who was 3-4.5yo at the time. 

It's hard to explain in words how amazing Erika is with kids (and parents). She's really talented. She gave the kids all the love and stability they needed. She kept them on their schedule and made sure they eat and sleep enough and of course played with them inside and outside. She potty-trained our younger boy like magic! 

She also helped us with preparing food for the kids even when we didn't ask. The house was always clean in the end of the day and the toys arranged in their place. Erika is a real gift for busy parents. She literally have never let us down and was always there to support us. 

Erika was our angel, a prat of the family and the one thing we miss most of all in California. She treated our kids as she treats her own!

We've worked with Erika on and off for 4 years through 2 kids and she will forever be a part of our family! She's taken care of both of our boys, each from about 6mo - 2yrs, as well as for occasional babysitting too. She also helped with both of them during COVID too. Our boys love her, respect her, and listen to her much more than they do their parents :) She teaches strong routines, enforces rules/guidelines, and clearly loves kids so much. She also spoke exclusively in Spanish to our kids, which was important to us, but speaks English as well. I'd recommend Erika very highly!

Erika babysat regularly for us on the weekends from when our oldest was less than 6 months through 2.5 years and I would not hesitate to have her babysit again for us. She took our daughter to parks and the zoo and struck the right balance of fun for our daughter and responsible as a mother of 2 sons herself.

Erika was the nanny for our son and was a second mother to him. From the start, her experience, as well as her her rapport with him, not only reassured us about the care he was receiving, but it also lent guidance to us as new parents. She took care of him from about 5 months to 27 months, 5-days a week from 8:30 am - 5:15 pm. She sent us updates, cooked meals for him when needed, planned outings and age-appropriate activities, and taught him routines that ended up being time-savers at home. When he turned 1, she helped him socialize by meeting up with her nanny colleagues, thus creating a friend circle that he came to adore. Most importantly, she showed our son great love and affection and they formed a deep, special bond. I only give Erika the highest recommendation and would be happy to answer any questions. And be prepared, when baby #2 comes, we want her back! : ) 

Erika worked for us for a few years and was amazing the entire time. She is kind and consistent, and I loved having her as part of our family. 

Erika was the nanny for our daughter and her friend from ages 3mo until they went to preschool at age 2.  I trusted her completely with my daughter who thrived under her care: learning Spanish, learning to share , and most importantly: feeling loved all the while.  Erika loved to sing to the girls and take them outside, they went to libraries, parks and met up with other babies.  She was absolutely gifted at managing multiple kids and because of her extensive knowledge and experience, was able to help us navigate some of the many challenges parents face when they go back to work.  She had so much experience getting the babies to take a bottle, getting them to sleep, and making them feel secure and safe.  The transition back to work was so much smoother because of Erika.  I honestly felt she was an extension of our family - and my daughter loved her like a daughter or a niece would.  Erika is gifted with babies, I feel lucky that my daughter had Erika to help her through her early years

I'm so happy to find Erika, she is very nice and i can tell that she is very good of taking care of kids, i am very picky to get some baby sitter for my son but i like her And my son like her too. we are going to hire Erika now for our date time.
