Erika has been an enormous help-- from child care to housekeeping she is a gem. She's so patient, creative, and caring with kids. Our boys responded very well to her kindness and her warm nature. She's a genuinely helpful person and would jump in with whatever is needed, from cooking, to organizing and tidying up, to helping kids with school projects. She's very smart and is able to see what's needed in situations without much direction. And she's very artistic and creative. We highly recommend Erika!
